სპექტაკლი  თამაშდება  ბრეხტის ცნობილი პიესის “სამგროშიანი ოპერის”  სიუჟეტზე, თუმცა წარმოდგენაში მთავარი იმის წარმოჩენაა,  რომ მსახიობებისთვის სამოქმედო სივრცე და საარსებო წყაროები შეიზღუდა და ისინი ცდილობენ მათ გაფართოვებას.

სპექტაკლში ტექსტსა და  სიუჟეტს გადამწყვეტი როლი არ ენიჭება და ამიტომაც ჰქვია წარმოდგენას  ”სულ სხვა ოპერა”. სპექტაკლის  ინსტრუმენტირება, მუსიკალური საკრავების ნაცვლად, სხვადასხვა საშუალებებით (ვოკალურად, ხმაურებით და ა.შ.) ხდება  მხოლოდ წარმოდგენის ბოლოს გაიჟღერებს კურტ ვაილის ცნობილი მუსიკალური თემის ინტერპრეტაცია ორ, პრაქტიკულად დაშლილ  და “გამოშიგნულ” ფორტეპიანოზე.

The production is based on the plot of  ”Threepenny Opera”  by Bertholt Brecht, but the main point of the production is to expose the current condition of the theatre performers whose life chances and occupational space is limited, and who try to broaden them to some extent.

The verbal text and the plot of the original play  are of less importance, which is why the title of the production is ” Quite a Different Opera.”

The variations of the well-known `Mac the Knife` theme is represented by different means (vocal, various technical and natural sounds, etc. ). It is only at the end of the performance  that the audience can enjoy the sounds of the `broken` piano playd by two pianists.
