Half a century after its legendary screen debut, the first Georgian musical—“Melodies of Verisubani ”, directed by Giorgi Shengelaia, returns to life as a dazzling stage show at The Theatre.
With the immortal music of Gogi Tsabaze and unforgettable lyrics by Moris Potskhishvili, this timeless classic takes on a new form—live, vibrant, and unforgettable.

We invite you into the heart of one of the city's oldest neighborhoods, to witness a story of unspoken love, a crime committed with kindness, and a punishment overturned by public demand.
On this stage, you'll meet Pavle the cobbler and his daughters, Vardo the laundress, the dance class teachers, the police inspector and his subordinates, Pankesa the merchant, Agha-Georgka, and many more colorful characters.
